We work with companies to deliver team-building sessions that are different from the usual escape rooms and corporate away days. We can come to you, all we need is an indoor space big enough to hold 10-15 particpants.

We teach your team to surf... on land. Using specialised surfskate boards, we guide groups through progressively challenging skills in a 60-minute session that combines:
Physical challenge (everyone breaks a sweat)

Here's what happens
First 10 minutes: Everyone's awkward. They're laughing at themselves, helping each other, completely out of their comfort zone, but in a fun way.
Next 40 minutes: They're learning to carve, pump, and flow. The competitive ones are pushing themselves. The cautious ones are surprising themselves. Everyone's encouraging each other because everyone's supporting each other.
Final 10 minutes: We can run a team challenge, best turn, best trick, whatever fits your group. By now they've forgotten about work emails. They're just present, engaged, and genuinely connecting.
